Objective:1To explore the relationship among insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I),insulin-like growth factor-II (IGF-II), insulin-like growth factor binding protein-1(IGFBP-1) and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP) and theseverity of HDCP. To provide the theoretical basis for HDCP’s etiology research.2To explore the relevance between IGF-I, IGF-II, IGFBP-1levels in theumbilical cord blood and amniotic fluid of HDCP patient and birth weight. To thefurther explore the relationship among IGF-I, IGF-II, IGFBP-1and HDCP.Methods:The levels of IGF-I,IGF-II and IGFBP-1in umbilical cord blood and amnioticfluid were detected from48patients with hypertensive disorder complicatingpregnancy and16nomal pregnant women by means of enzyme linkedimmunosorbent assay(ELISA). Compare the differences between the experimentalgroup and the control group’s IGF-I, IGF-II, IGFBP-1levels, as well as thedifferences of IGF-I, IGF-II, IGFBP-1within the experimental group. Analyze therelationship among IGF-I, IGF-II, IGFBP-1and the relationship between them andHDCP and birth weight of neonatal correlation. Statistical analysis is conducted bySPSS17.0system software, inspection standards for α=0.05, P <0.05for thedifference is statistically significant. Meet the normal distribution of themeasurement data, compare two groups mean differences with T-test, more than two groups mean differences using analysis of variance; non-normal distributionmeasurement data, two samples were compared using the Kruskal-Wallis test; linearcorrelation analysis.Result:1The IGF-I, IGF-II, IGFBP-1levels of cord blood and amniotic fluid in theexperimental group and the control group: The experimental group hadsignificantly lower levels of IGF-I and II in the umbilical cord blood and amnioticfluid than the control group(P<0.01); whereas, a statistically significant higherlevels of IGFBP-1inthe umbilical cord blood and amniotic fluid than the control group (P<0.01).2The IGF-I, IGF-II, IGFBP-1levels of cord blood and amniotic fluid withinthe experimental group: gestational hypertension group, mild preeclampsia group, severe pre-eclampsia group of IGF-I and IGF-II levels drop when the diseasetends to be worse; IGFBP-1levels go up with the severity of the disease, therewas significant difference between groups (P<0.05).3The correlations of cord blood and amniotic fluid’s IGF-I, IGF-II,IGFBP-1level in experimental group: IGF-I and IGF-II showed a positivecorrelation (r=0.814, P <0.01; r=0.751, P <0.01); IGF-I and IGFBP-1wasnegatively correlated (r=-0.819, P <0.01; r=-0.794, P <0.01); IGF-II andIGFBP-1was negatively correlated (r=-0.904, P<0.01; r=-0.807,P<0.01). IGF-Iand IGF-II and IGFBP-1of the cord blood and amniotic fluid in the control groupwere not correlated to one another (P>0.05).4The relevance between cord blood and amniotic fluid’s IGF-I, IGF-II,IGFBP-1levels and birth weight: the experimental group of IGF-I and birth weightpositively correlated (r=0.352, P <0.01; r=0.429, P <0.01).; IGF-II and birthweight is positively correlated (r=0.432,P<0.01;r=0.407,P<0.01);IGFBP-1andbirth weight were negatively correlated(r=-0.464,P<0.01;r=-0.417,P<0.01)Conclusion:1Umbilical cord blood and amniotic fluid’s IGF-I, IGF-II, IGFBP-1levels are closely related to the HDCP and severity of the disease.2Umbilical cord blood and amniotic fluid’s IGF-I, IGF-II, IGFBP-1levelsare related to the birth weight of neonatal. The correlation between the levels ofIGFBP-1and birth weight of neonatal is more closely than the levels of IGF-I andIGF-II. Further evidence that IGF-II, IGFBP-1levels are related to the HDCP.
