Objective:To study and analyze the perioperative use of antibiotics in Basic level hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine, and to investigate the intervention pattern of antibacterial in the perioperative period for improving rational drug use in clinic meidicine.Methods:300surgical patients dated from January2010to June2010were randomly selected as non-intervention group,300surgical patients dated from January2011to June2011were selected as the first-time intervention group,300surgical patients dated from July2011to December2011were selected as the second-time intervention group. Then the perioperative use of antibiotics was investigated, compared and analyzed according to "The guide Principle of antibiotic drug use"、"The evaluation standards of management rules in the documents38"(issued by national Ministry of Public Health)and The investigation table of antibiotic drug use in in-patients of surgical department from the monitoring plan of national antibiotic drug use in clinic medicine (technological section and the rational evaluation standards of antibiotic drug use in perioperative period). Results:The average cost of antibacterial in the perioperative period was1387.76yuan before intervention, and685.09yuan after intervention (p<0.01); the reasonable rate of the perioperative use of antibacterial was9.33%before intervention, and45.33%after intervention (p<0.01); the unreasonable rate were reduced from90.67%to54.67%(p<0.01). many targets are obviously different, which are very meaningful in statistics. Before intervention, there were many problems in the perioperative use of antibiotics, such as inappropriate choice of drugs, drugs overdose at the beginning, improper timing of administration, and unreasonable combination therapy. After intervention, these were significantly improved. Conclusions:The intervention of rational drug use was a safe, effective, economical, feasible method for perioperative patients and worth recommending...
