The Research About Primary Biliary Cirrhosis TCM Syndrome Distribution

Objective:Through the discussion of primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) in patients with essential factor of TCM Syndrome differentiation,such as the pathology location of and the pathological nature,we determine the the syndrome type of TCM.It will provide some basis to PBC TCM etiology and pathogenesis for guide of clinical treatmentMethods:Through a cross-sectional survey of clinical syndromes, we made the clinical data collections by means of a questionnaire surveypatients which took in the suitable patients. We judged the syndrome factors according to syndrome diagnostic criteria, input and created database.Using SPSS16.0statistical software for data processing, we finally analysed the syndrome elements characteristics of PBC, as well as the relavace with the results of laboratory examination.Result:1.The TCM pathology location of PBC is closely related to liver, kidney and spleen,which is the main position.2.The pathological nature of PBC is the actual situation mixture.Blood stasis as a pathogenic factor,is throughout the whole pathological changes course,which belongs tothe excessive pathogen.Another key factor is the deficiency of vial QI,such as the deficiency of spleen qi,blood deficiency of spleen, deficiency of spleen yang and liverr yin deficiency.3.The syndrome distribution mainly includes:Deficiency of Spleen Qi(35%), Deficiency of liver blood with spleen deficiency (10%), Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney(7.5%), Deficiency of kidney yang(7.5%), Spleen yang deficiency(5%), blood deficiency of spleen(5%), liver stagnation and spleen deficiency (5%), Liver and stomach yin deficiency(3.75%), Yin deficiency of liver and kidney (3.75%),Deficiency of liver blood and kidney qi deficiency.(3.75%).Clinical symptoms and liver function damage for simple spleen-related system syndrome types are lighter, for two organs or more complex patterns have an aggravating trend.Conclusion:1.The TCM pathology locationof PBCis mainly in the spleen, liver, kidney and other organs can be accumulated.2. The pathological natureis the actual situation mixture, while blood stasis runs through the whole procession.3.Syndromes are in main of spleen-related deficiency syndrome.With the aggravation of the disease,there will be someother types which are related to other organs with positive imaginary evil.
