Clinical Research Of Shugan Eliminate Gall Mixture In Treating Hyperthyroidism With Hepatic Damage

Object: To study the Shugan eliminate gall mixture in treating hyperthyroidism withhepatic damage, TCM syndrome differentiation effulgent heart-liver fire, the clinicalcurative effect of liver qi stagnation type. Methods: On the basis of the basic treatment ofhyperthyroidism,the clinical diagnosis for thyroid function of liver damage sufferedhyperthyroidism merger leavened, effulgent heart-liver fire,liver qi stagnation of thepatients were randomly divided into two groups, each group of30cases, the control groupwere treated with Western medicine hepatoprotective treatment; treatment group receivedShugan eliminate gall mixture and accompanied the Western medicine hepatoprotectivetreatment. four weeks for a course of treatment, a total of three courses. Result: Researchresult shows that the treatment group improve the disease, clinical symptoms and signswere superior to the control group (P＜0.05) Improve thyroid hormone levels andimmune parameters were better than the control group (P＜0.05); in improving the liverfunction than the control group (P＜0.05); and no adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion: Clinical observations suggest that Shugan eliminate gall mixture treatment ofhyperthyroidism with liver damage have reliable efficacy and no significant adversereactions, there are broad prospects for application. Its better efficacy in improving clinicalsymptoms and relieve patients discomfort, and can effectively shorten the course to reducethe treatment time.
