Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Stains Therapy For Hyperthyroidism(The Heart And Liver Fire Syndrome) Of Clinical Study

Purpose: Combined with Chinese Medicine collapse stains treatment of hyperthyroidism(the heart and liver fire syndrome), observation of TCM Syndrome symptoms before and aftertreatment as well as the detection of physical and chemical indexes,evaluation of treatment of hyperthyroidism clinical efficacy and safety,in order to provide new ideas for the Chinese medicine treatment of hyperthyroidism,to improve the clinical efficacy and safety of thetreatment of hyperthyroidism.Method: A prospective, randomized, controlled clinical trial of twogroups,A total of 60 patients with hyperthyroidism(the heart and liver fire syndrome)patients according to random number table method,divided into traditional Chinese medicine combined with simple western medicinecollapse stains treated group and the control group,30 cases of patients in each,the treatment lasted for 12 weeks.Two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients withthyroid function five(TSH, FT3, FT4, A-TPO, A-TG),thyroid color Doppler,Chinese medicine and western medicine Syndrome(Thiamazole Tablets, Propranolol Hydrochloride Tablets) and other indicators of the total dosage to evaluation.Result:Traditional Chinese medicine oral administration combination stains collapse treatment,in improving the clinical symptoms,reduce FT3, A-TPO, A-TG, ALT, ALP,The superior thyroid artery of Vmax,elevated TSH, WBC, NEUT,reduce the enlargement of the thyroid volume,reduce the Western Medicine(Thiamazole Tablets, Propranolol Hydrochloride Tablets) dosage etc,were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Good clinical efficacy, the course of treatment, observation of the treatment process of poisoning side effects was significantly less than the pure western medicine control group.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with stains therapy for hyperthyroidism(the heart and liver fire syndrome),have lower levels of thyroid hormones,reduced A-TPO and A-TG,this slows down the superior thyroid artery flow velocity,reduce the enlargement of the thyroid gland,Improve liver function injury,Increasing the role of white blood cells and lymphocyte,And drug safety is better.
