Objective:To investigate changes of circulating gherlin and thyroid hormone levels and their significant in CAD with acute coronary syndrome patients, Explore the correlation between the TCM syndrome type and coronary heart disease, to provide a new method in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:60CHD with acute coronary syndrome patients are defined in clinic.Collecting the patients’general information, includi ng symptom, sign, tongue, pulse and other clinical informations, then we divide all the patients into two clinical types of TCM syndrome:30cases of the heart Blood stasis syndrome group,30cases of debility blood stasis syndrome meridian syndrome group,To adopt ELISA method to detect the level of serum Ghrelin, using chemical luminescence method to determine the serum thyroid hormone levels.Results:1. The CHD group of high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C), FT3, FT4gherlin levels are more below than normal control group, having significant difference between two groups(P<0.05);2.Coronary heart disease patients peripheral blood plasma levels of ghrelin with age, FT3is a significant negative correlation, along with the increase of age, peripheral gherlin reduced level.3. The CHD group ghrelin levels with blood stasis due to friction, and blood stasis are much smaller than group health in control group (p<0.05), dialectical points between type not statistically different. TSH, LDL-C level higher than healthy controls, hdl-c, FT4, FT3levels lower than those of the control group, not statistically significant (p>0.05).Conclusion:1. The coronary heart disease patients peripheral blood plasma ghrelin, thyroid hormone levels (FT3, FT4) were significantly lower than health control; the dialectical points between type not statistically significant.2.the CHD group ghrelin levels and thyroid hormone in patients with coronary heart disease is a significant correlation.3. The level of ghrelin and thyroid hormone has no significant difference among the three TCM syndrome groups.
