The Correlation Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Of Coronary Heart Disease With Acute Coronary Syndrome And Copeptin

Objective Through testing the copeptin,cTNI of coronary heart disease with acutecoronary syndrome(CHD with ACS),we explore the correlation among the level ofcopeptin and cTNI,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome of CHD with ACSand the typing of ACS.Method97CHD with ACS patients are defined in clinic.Collectingthe patients’general information, including symptom,sign,tongue,pulse and other clinicalinformations,then we divide all the patients into three clinical types of TCM syndrome:35cases of the heart blood stasis syndrome group,30cases of stagnation of phlegm of heartmeridian syndrome group,32cases of heart kidney yin deficiency syndrome group.According to the diagnostic criteria for classification,we divide patients into three groups:33patients are UA,31patients are NSTEMI,33patients are STEMI.Normal control group of30cases.The level of plasma copeptin is detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The level of plasma cTNI is detected by fluorescence immunoassay.We analyze these data with the statistics software SPSS l8.0.Results1.High-density lipoprotein(HDL-C)in CHD with ACS group is lower than that in the normal control group;total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),copeptin and cTNI are higher than those of the normal control group,What’s more,TC,TG,copeptin and cTNI have significant difference between two groups(P<0.05)；2.The level of copeptin in CHD with ACSpatients is higher than that of the normal control group；NSTEMI group and STEMI groupare higher than those in the UA group；3.The level of cTNI in CHD with ACS patients issignificantly elevated, NSTEMI group and STEMI group are higher than those in the UAgroup；4.The level of copeptin and cTNI in the three TCM Syndromes is higher than that of the normal control group,and has significant difference(P<0.05).there has no differencessyndrome among the three groups.Conclusion1.The level of copeptin and cTNI in CHDwith ACS group is significantly higher than that in the normal control group；2.The level ofcopeptin and cTNI has obvious correlation in CHD with ACS；3.The level of copeptin andcTNI has no significant difference among the three TCM syndrome groups.
