The Clinical Research On The Effect Of Bu Shen Tiao Jing Fang In Treating Premature Ovarian Failure

Objective：Observe the clinical curative effect of Bu Shen Tiao Jing Fang，which isapplied to treat POF, and explore its work mechanism.Methods: We totally observed42patients of POF and it was divided into two groupsrandomly. The treatment group take Bu Shen Tiao Jing Fang, while the control group takesJiarongpian，which are compared to observe their curative effects and impacts on Folliclestimulating hormone （FSH） Luteinizing hormone (LH)、Estrogen hormone （E2）、Biggest diameter ovarian under Btype ultrasonic and Bone mineral density(BMD).Results: After treatment, the syndrome score of the two groups has significantdifferences (P <0.01). The FSH level and the LH level of the two groups are bothobviously decreased after treating, which has significant differences compared with itsoriginal level (P <0.01) and the control group (P <0.01or P<0.05). The E2level、 BMDlevel and the biggest diameter ovarian is increased of the two groups after treating, whichhas significant differences compared with ex-treatment (P<0.01) and the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Bu Shen Tiao Jing Fang has better effect in treating POF. Themechanism may be related to kidney essence and article of diseases of liver may improvethe endocrine level, increased the E2level、 BMD level and the biggest diameterovarain,decreased the FSH level and the LH level,so the symptoms are improved.
