Clinical Research Of New Xuefuzhuyu Capsule On Adiponectin And IL-6of Patients With Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective：To explore the impacts of new xuefuzhuyu capsule on adiponectin andIL-6of unstable angina pectoris. Methods：60cases of unstable angina pectoris wererandomized into treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=30). The control groupwas treated conventionally(such as nitrates, calcium antagonists,β-receptor blockeragents, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors,statins and asp irin). The treatmentgroup was treated with new xuefuzhuyu cap-sule supplemented on the basis ofconventional therapy as control group. The two groups were all medicated for four weeks.The symptoms of angina，adiponectin and IL-6levels were observed before and aftertreatment separately. Results：There are statistical difference presented in the total effectiverates of angina pectoris in comparison between treatment group and control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the adiponectin level in treatment group is higher than control group(P<0.05),and the IL-6level in treatment group is lower than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion：The new xuefuzhuyu capsule can relieve the Symptoms of angina of unstableangina,aintervene pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory by affect adiponectin and IL-6levels.
