| Objective:discussion of huayushapei decoction combined methotrexate andmifepristone conervative treatment of ectopic pregnancy clinical efficacy and mechanismof action.Method:60cases of unruptured ectopic pregnancy patients receiving were randomlydivided into control group(a singal methotrexate therapy) and treatment group (traditionalChinese medicine combined methotrexate therapy).The clinical efficacy of the two groupswere observed, the serum β HCG dropped to normal time required for tubal pregnancy, themass absorption time and after treatment of tubal patency.Results:the trestment success rate for the group,the contral group93.33%success ratefor70.00%,rate comparison,both groups have significant differences(P<0.05); treatmentgroup, serum β HCG dropped to normal and pelvic ectopic pregnancy in the massabsorption compared with the control group, the time were shortened, the difference wassignificant (P<0.05);ipsilateral tubal patency detected treated group was superior comparedwith the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:traditional Chinese medicine combined with methotrexate can effectivelyreduce the HCG levels to improve the status of pelvic blood circulation, promote thesoftening of the ectopic pregnancy mass, the absorption and dissipation, to achieve thepurpose of killing embryos eliminate micro, it will help to improve patients with clinicalsymptoms and signs, to maximize the recovery of the patient’s reproductive function andphysical health. |
