Blood Type And Stable Ectopic Pregnancy Conservative Treatment Of 126 Cases Of Clinical Studies

Objective The research studied the clinical effect of the therapy of integration methotrexact (MTX) and Mifepristone for treating the bleeding type and the stabilization type of ectopic pregnancy(EP).Methods 126 case of the bleeding type and the stabilization type of EP according to serumβ-hCG divided into one group:200-1000IU/L,the scond:1001-3000IU/L and the third:3001-5000IU/L,The bleeding type EP also according to intraperitoneal liquidity area opaca size divided into A:<3era and B:3-5cm.Skin MTX at the same time administ fat ion oral medlicat ion of Mifepristone,if intraperitoneal hemorrhage lake the clrcumsta.nces into consideration to administr1tion hetmostasis expectant teeatment.Every two week test serumβ-hCG,if after quit the drug one week theβ-hCG number is dropping but super-200IU/L,progress the second treat, according case do the ultrasonic examination of vagina.Results①The success rate of the bleeding type group was 82.35％and the stabilization type was 68.97％.The difference of the two groups inapparent (P>0.05).②The success rate of the bleeding type of the third group obviously greater than the stabilization type group.The difference was significant (P<0.01).③The success rate of the bleeding type of A group was 89.80％and B group was 63.16％.The difference of the success rate of every group was no significant (P>0.05)④By abdominal ultrasound from 12 case of heart beat,only one case of bleeding type A(2)group by two course of treatment was succeed.Conclusions①Intraperitoneal hemorrhage of the conjugate less than 5cm should not the contraindication for Conservative treatment.②The level of serumβ-HCG have a close relattion with the treatment sticeess or not.③The size of liquidity area opaca have no relation with therapeutic.④By abdominal ultrasound find heart beat should rank to the contraitldication for EP...
