The Clinical Observation Of XLGB And Glucosamine Sulfate Capsule Treatment Of Early Or Mid-term Knee Osteoatrhirtis

Objective：Observation of Xianlinggubao（XLGB） capsule, Glucosamine SulfateCapsules, and two drugs combination treat as early as mid knee osteoarthritis(oseteoarthiritis, OA) and clinical curative effect. Understand the role of their respectivecharacteristics for drug standardized treatment knee arthritis provide effectiveevidence-based medical evidence.Methods：Choose the standard200cases,they are divided into four groups,proprietary Chinese medicine group50cases, western medicine group50cases, combinedtreatment group50cases and control50cases. Finally summarizes material, chooseSPSS17.0statistical software for statistical data processing, every two groups matching ttest, p <0.05are statistically significant.Results：Proprietary Chinese medicine group and control group,after treatment,WOMAC index rating value increased is poor, two group has the difference (P <0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group of patients WOMAC indexscores are lower, especially in traditional Chinese medicine group WOMAC body functionindex rating is down significantly, western medicine group WOMAC pain score index isnot significant decline proprietary Chinese medicine group, but the two groups before andafter treatment WOMAC pain index score does not have significant difference (P>0.05).Before and after treatment WOMAC total score less two group index was not statisticallysignificant (P>0.05). Western medicine with a control group of WOMAC index scoreknee before and after treatment WOMAC index score dropped significantly, the declinewas significantly increased score than that. The two groups have been before and aftertreatment WOMAC index score has the difference (P <0.05). The combination group and control group after two months after treatment, in pain, stiff, body function WOMACindex score difference is large, two groups are statistically significant differences.Combination therapy group and proprietary Chinese medicine group after medicaltreatment in two groups WOMAC index rating decreased, but in the combination group issignificant decline in its pain, stiff body function and score difference than proprietaryChinese medicine group was high, two groups before and after treatment WOMAC indexscore difference with significant difference (P <0.05). The combination group and westernmedicine group after therapy, WOMAC index rating down is significant. The bodyfunction scoring the combination group score difference increased more obviously thanwestern medicine group. Western medicine group in the pain has a lower score thancombination group (P <0.05). Two way before and after treatment WOMAC related indexscore shows the difference (P <0.05).Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine group and thecombination group have curative effect in early or middle of the knee osteoarthritistreatment, the combination group has obvious superiority, as the early and the middle kneeosteoarthritis, proprietary Chinese medicine and western medicine therapy are a betterintegrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in drug treatment.
