Arthroscopic Debridement For The Treatment Of Glucosamine Sulfate And Osteoarthritis Of The Knee Clinical Observation

Objective: To investigate the osteoarthritis of the knee after arthroscopy cleaning routine treatment.Methods: According to Kellgren-Lawrence X-ray grading standards will be 55 cases of grade I ~ II knee osteoarthritis were divided into two groups. Arthroscopic experimental group after oral glucosamine sulfate potassium capsules for 6 weeks(each capsule 0.25g, Each oral 2, Orally 3 times daily). Then divided into two groups according to X-I level, the control group I level, the experimental group II, control group II level. 4 groups were treated with arthroscopic debridement, mean follow-up of 14.5 months. Preoperative and final follow-up, use the VAS pain score and the Ministry of Health issued Lysholm knee score methods score, calculated to improve the rate of knee joint.
