The Clinical Observation Of Treatment Effect Of Wind Musculoskeletal Of Knee Osteoarthritis Treated By Wan Bi Le Pills And Glucosamine Sulfate

Objective:This project aims at clinical observation by studying Wan Bi Le pills for treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee, and validates its clinical efficacy and safety of drugs, and provides a foundation for further research and clinical applications.Methods:60cases of Wind musculoskeletal of knee osteoarthritis patients were divided into2groups randomly,30cases in experimental group,30cases in control group, taking Wan Bi Le pills and glucosamine sulfate respectively. Using the changes of subjective symptoms and objective signs as observing indexes before and after treatment for2weeks,4weeks,6weeks, to observe and compare the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients, and monitoring the security index of liver and kidney function.Results:The in-groups comparison of2groups after6weeks’treatment shows that the comparing difference before treatment has no statistical significance (p>0.05), The between-groups comparison after treatment for6weeks has no statistical significance (p>0.05).Treatment after2weeks,4weeks,6weeks, the in-groups comparison shows that the two drugs can relieve symptoms effectively, statistical significant(p<0.05)is shown. Treatment after2weeks,4weeks,6weeks, the between-groups comparison shows that the treatment effect have no statistical significance (p>0.05).Conclusion:Wan Bi Le pills and glucosamine sulfate all have certain curative effect in the treatment of Wind musculoskeletal of knee osteoarthritis. The treatment effect of experimental group is slower than control group, but overall, the effect in2groups has no differences. Both groups have no side effects.
