Clinical Studies On Combination Therapy Of Hysteroscopic Treatment And Wenshen Meridians Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Tubal Obstruction

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the combination therapy ofhysteroscopic treatment and wenshen meridians of kidney deficiency and blood stasistubal obstruction, Investigate the mechanism of action of the method and provide ascientific basis for its Clinical application.Methods:60cases of the kidney deficiency and blood stasis tubal obstruction wererandomly divided into two groups.30cases of Treatment group were given Dan XiangGuanxin injection through tubal cavity perfusion during the operation and with Wenshenmeridians combination therapy after operation, Menstrual withdrawal; Chinese medicineenema,Dregs of topical, TDP physiotherapy, Dan Xiang Guanxin injection by venous way10days a course, and Dan Xiang Guanxin injection uterine injection three days after theMenstrual having cleaned, one time every other day, three times in all.30cases ofControl group, inject blue to tubal cavity during operation, injecting gentamicin to uterinethree days after menstrual cleaning. Three menstrual cycles after treatment, comparing theclinical efficacy of the treatment.Four month later,we observe the improvements ofsystemic symptoms and hysterosalpingography3-7days after menstrual having cleaned.Results：1. Treatment and control groups succeed to improve the symptoms of thetotal effective rate was respectively93.33%,70.00%, having significant difference in thetotal efficiency, P<0.05；2. Treatment and control groups succeed to improve the TCMsyndrome symptoms of the total effective rate was respectively93.33%,66.67%, having significant difference in the total efficiency, P<0.05；3. In the treatment of tubal patency,treatment and control groups succeed to improve the symptoms of the total efficiencywas respectively75.00%,51.67%. having significant difference in the total efficiency,P<0.05. No adverse effects were found in the testing process.Conclusion: Wenshen meridians combination therapy with hysteroscopy is effectivein treating kidney deficiency and blood stasis tubal obstruction.It gets significantimprovements in clinical symptoms, minimally invasion, low cost, high cure rate.It is theeffective method to treatment of tubal obstruction. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
