| Objective Observe flavored poria cocos liquorice decoction on left heart disease caused by deficiency of pulmonary hypertension, blood stasis syndrome role of intervention to verify the benefit, polyester phlegm and blood stasis Yang by method of correlation between left heart treatment of pulmonary hypertension clinical feasibility. Methods60cases were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (30cases) for the conventional western medicine therapy, add with flavored poria cocos licorice fluids Fried clothes, and the control group (30cases) for the conventional western medicine. Observed before and after treatment clinical symptoms, six minutes walk test and echocardiographic examination index changes. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group is90.0%and the control group66.7%, the treatment group was better than control group (Rtreatment<Rcontrast). Meanwhile it is better improved in the treatment group about the clinical symptoms, six minutes walking experiment and dynamic echocardiography.Conclusion add appliance beneficial temperature, polyester phlegm and blood stasis Yang by effect of the flavored poria cocos liquorice decoction than pure western medicine treatment more can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and reduce pulmonary artery systolic blood pressure, and increase exercise tolerance and the quality of life, thus improving the correlation between left heart the prognosis of pulmonary hypertension. |
