| Objective Through clinical observation of PCI perioperative acute st segment elevation myocardial infarction heart failure patients with qi deficiency blood stasis after taking GUI yiqi huoxue plaster before and after use the method to measure the pulse doppler echocardiography to determine the percentage of patients improve the level of left ventricular Tei index,explore joint STEMI PCI in patients with heart failure in the standard drug therapy on the basis of western medicine plus for reasons GUI qi and creams,improve the condition of patients with left ventricular Tei index,and then evaluate whether yiqi huoxue plaster and subtract joint STEMI PCI postoperative left heart function in patients with heart failure qi deficiency blood stasis improvement brought the exact curative effect,To help improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.Methods Selected cases for 2017-2018 in chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital cardiovascular internal medicine for STEMI PCI therapy at the same time,the doctor in diagnosis and treatment of heart failure in China guide 2014 heart failure diagnosis and disease syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine classification for heart disease patients with qi deficiency,blood stasis,a total of 50 cases,were randomly divided into experimental group(standard western medicine treatment + GUI yiqi huoxue plaster(exemption decoction)oral,25 cases)and normal control group(standard western medicine treatment of 25 cases),a course for 3 months.By ultrasound doctors using echocardiography pulse doppler(PW)method for determining before taking the medicine,1 month,3 months after taking the drug in patients with left heart Tei index,and calculation and statistical comparison before and after treatment in patients with left heart Tei index to improve the level of percentage,at the same time to monitor the yiqi huoxue plaster add and subtract the adverse reactions,including liver and kidney function is damaged,the digestive tract symptoms,electrolyte disorders,skin allergy,etc.).Resultsa.A total of 50 clinical patients were included in this study,and a total of 50 clinical trials were completed.The results showed that the addition or subtraction of yiqi huoxue ointment had significant improvement in the left ventricular Tei index of patients with heart failure after stemi-pci due to qi-deficiency and blood stasis.There were 25 cases in each of the experimental group and the control group.The percentage of improvement of left ventricular Tei before and after the observation of the end point of efficacy in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and statistical analysis showed that the significant difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).b.LVEF values of patients in both groups were significantly higher than those before enrollment(p<0.01),and LVEF was significantly higher after treatment with yiqi huoxue ointment plus or minus prescription(46.08 2.17 vs 49.56 2.23,p<0.01).There was a significant negative correlation between LVEF value and left ventricular Tei index(r=-0.755,p<0.001).c.According to the evaluation of TCM syndrome efficacy standards,the TCM syndrome score after the treatment of yiqi huoxue paste plus or minus prescription is lower(16.68 1.34 vs 14.24 1.26,p<0.01).The improvement rate of symptoms after treatment was greater(0% vs.64%,P<0.01).d.Liver and kidney function and electrolyte indexes before and after the treatment of yiqi huoxue ointment plus or minus prescription were within the normal test range,and there was no difference between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion For the improvement effect of left ventricular Tei index in patients with heart failure after stemi-pci with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,there was a statistically significant difference between the standard western medicine regimen and the standard western medicine regimen using yiqi huoxue ointment plus or minus prescription.Yiqi huoxue ointment can improve the left ventricular Tei index and restore heart function faster in patients with heart failure after PCI of acute st-segment elevation myocardial infarction with qi-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,while no adverse drug reactions such as liver and kidney function and electrolytes have been recorded. |
