Aim:To regulate the processing technology and explore the processing principle of Kansui Radix stir-baked with vinegar(VKR), the processing technology was optimized, the chemical composition, toxicity, purgation and diuresis effect of KR and its processed products were compared, and establish the quality standard of Kansui Radix (KR)and VKR.Methords:Using TLC、HPLC、GC-MS、UV to study the composite of KR and the processing products;The best processing technology of KR was determined by the sum of characteristic peak area of toxic and effective part and outward appearance; Using acute toxicity of LD50to research the effect of Kansui and different processing Kansui; Using small intestine peristalsis carried by charcoal powder and mouse metabolic cages to research the effect of Kansui and different processing Kansui;To study the quality standard of KR and its processing on different resion.Results:Established the best processing technology of VKR;The type and content of the compositions were changed significantly after RK processed;The petroleum ether part is not only the toxicity part, but also the bioactivity part of RK;The toxicity of VKR was significantly reduced but efficacy was not significantly changed compared with KR.Conclusion:The toxicity of VKR was significantly reduced and efficacy was not significantly changed compared with KR and other processed products. A combination of vinegar and the heating is better than a single role.
