Acupoint Injection Combined With Omeprazole In Treatment Of Peptic Ulcer And Hemorrhage Clinical Observation

Objective:Effect of acupoint injection combined with omeprazole in treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding treatment effect, objective evaluation of its use in the treatment of bleeding peptic ulcer clinical curative effect.MethodS:All the selected cases for2011July to2012February gastroenterology Wuhan No.1Hospital a ward in hospitalized patients with peptic ulcer and gastrointestinal bleeding, a total of80cases, and for mild-to-moderate bleeding patients. To meet the inclusion criteria of80patients were randomly divided into treatment group and Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine control group, two groups of40patients each. Western medicine control group:Patients with bed rest, maintain respiratory tract unobstructed, when necessary, oxygen, active bleeding during periods of fasting, to the patients with blood volume and nutrients, detection and maintenance in the electrolyte balance. Control of bleeding patients, using250m saline with omeprazole (40mg Aoxikang) mixed solution for intravenous drip, two times a day. After discharge from the hospital, for20mg oral omeprazole capsule, two times a day. The treatment group:given the western medicine treatment and acupoint injection therapy for bilateral Zusanli acupoints, injection, diaphragm acupoint and three groups of acupoints, injectable drugs for Huangqi Injection (Dali Pharmaceutical Company Limited),0.5ml each acupoint, once a day, every time a group of acupoints, and for different points. A week for a course of treatment, the two groups of patients were observed (the efficacy of clinical symptoms before and after treatment, the changes of hemostatic effect of integral, fecal occult blood, hospitalization time, cloudy days and ulcer healing), and carries on statistics analysis.Using SPSS17.0statistical software for data entry and statistical analysis of quantitative data, if accord with normal distribution with the t test; if it does not conform to normal distribution, with the rank sum test; count data using the chi-square test; rank data using the Kruskal-Wallis test. The bilateral a<0.05as there were significant differences.Results:1. According to the Chinese medicine symptom quantification grading and scoring criteria, treatment group after treatment than before treatment significantly improved symptoms (P<0.01); the control group markedly improved than those before treatment(P<0.01); group comparison in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05). 2. According to the clinical assessment criteria, the treatment group of28cases were cured,8cases were markedly effective,4cases, Ocases ineffective, the total effective rate was100%; in the control group,22cases were cured,6cases were markedly effective,12cases, the total effective rate was100%. Clinical efficacy of treatment group than in the control group were significantly different (P<0.05).3. The treatment group fecal occult blood clearance time of4.95±0.78, for control group6.38±0.87days, showing a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).4. The treatment group hospitalization time was9.10±1.13days, the control group hospitalization time was9.83±1.38days,two groups of hospitalization time compared with statistical difference (P<0.05).5. In accordance with the gastroscope efficacy evaluation standards, the treatment group,31cases were cured,4cases were markedly effective,4cases, leases ineffective, the cure rate is77.5%, the total effective rate was97.5%; the control group,30cases were cured,5cases were markedly effective,4cases, leases ineffective, the cure rate was75%, the total efficiency of97.5%. There was no statistically significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:This study suggests that the use of acupoint injection combined with omeprazole in treatment of bleeding degree for mild-to-moderate bleeding peptic ulcer has exact curative effect, the treatment group compared with the control group, the treatment group can significantly improve the peptic ulcer and bleeding in patients with clinical symptoms, enhanced bleeding in patients with hemostatic efficacy, shorten the bleeding time in patients with negative fecal occult blood, reduce the hospitalized days, fully displays the acupoint injection combined with routine western medicine therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer and bleeding edge, it deserves further research and popularization.
