The Clinic Curative Effect Study Of The Qing Wei He Luo Method With Omeprazole In Treating Peptic Ulcer Bleeding

Objective This clinical study aimed to observation the clinical therapeutic effect of Qingweiheluo method With Omeprazole in treating the type of Weirexueyu of peptic ulcer bleeding, and give an objective evaluation of its clinical effect, then explore the optimal scheme of treatment of this disease with chinese medicine.Methods This clinic study have select 61 cases are divided into two groups at random, who was diagnosed as mild-moderate bleeding peptic ulcer with the type of Weirexueyu. The western diagnostic criteria,standards for TCM,blood level of classification criteria, and clinical efficacy criterion, all based on "Guiding Principles for Clinical Study of New Chinese Medicines" and "Practical Chinese gastroenterology".29 cases in control group deal with conventional western medicine,32 cases in treatment group deal with conventional western medicine and chinese medicine, two weeks for a course of treatment. To observe two group's clinic effect, as when the fecal occult blood stop, when it stop bleeding, the changes in clinical symptoms before and after treatment, and the Status of ulcer healing, then make a statistical analysis.Results 1. TCM symptoms and efficacy of the treatment group is good than the control group (p<0.05); 2. clinical hemostatic efficacy of the treatment group is good than the control group (p<0.05); 3. treatment group fecal occult blood clearance time shorter than the control group (p<0.05); 4. treatment groups and shorter hospital stay than the control group (P<0.05).5. Comparison of two endoscopic ulcer was no significant statistical difference.Conclusion (1) Chinese medicine treatment with Qinweiheluo method With Omeprazole is effective in treating mild-moderate bleeding peptic ulcer with the type of Weirexueyu, better than Western medicine treatment of acid bleeding. (2) It can improve the degree of moderate bleeding peptic ulcer with the type of Weirexueyu, especially the following symptoms as feeling of fullness,acratia,dizzy,and the change of tongue pulse condition. (3) It can significantly shorten the bleeding time of the degree of moderate bleeding peptic ulcer with the type of Weirexueyu. (4) In clinical applications, side effects were not found.
