The Influence Of Xihong Kang Fang Using To The Diabetes Nephrosis Patient Phase â…¢ Hcy CysC And UAER

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of “xihong kang prescription” used todiabetic nephropathy (phase Ⅲ) patients with homocysteine (Hcy), Cystatin C (CysC),urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER). And to probe the clinical effect of xihong kangprescription clinical symptoms of the diabetic nephropathy (phase Ⅲ) patients. Methods:62subjects with diabetic nephropathy phase Ⅲ patients were randomly divided into thetreatment group (32cases) and the control group (30cases). Patients of the treatmentgroup took xihong kang prescription with modern medicine conventional therapy.Patientsof the control group only took the modem medicine only. Two months after the treatment,compare the total effective rate of homocysteine (Hcy), CystatinC(Cys C), urinaryalbumin excretion rate (UAER), fasting blood-glucose(FBG), Two hours after a mealblood sugar(2hPG), Glycated hemoglobin(HbA1C), urea nitrogen(BUN), Creatinine(Scr).As indexes are compared, observe the TCM syndrome change of early diabeticnephropathy before and after the treatment. Results: The total efficiency of xihong kangprescription in treatment of diabetic nephropathy(Ⅲ)in the treatment group is87.5%.After the treatment of TCM syndromes in total, there were significant differences (P<0.05)in two groups. Compare Hcy, CysC, UAER, FPG,2hPG, HbA1c, statistically, dates of thetreatment group is superior to that in the control group (P<0.05or P<0.01). After thetreatment, compare BUN, Scr, statistically,there was no significant difference in twogroups (P>0.05). Conclusion:(1) Through this research we found that the xihong kangprescription is an effective prescription in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy (phase Ⅲ).The effect of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine therapy is better thanpure western medicine treatmentand the clinical symptoms obviousiy improved.(2) By probing Hcy CysC UAER we found that Hcy CysC UAER is superior to Cr in evaluatingthe index of damaged kidney function and it can be used to evaluate early renal damage ofthe convenience of the diabetic nephropathy accurate and reliable index.(3) Through theobservation of the treatment group and control group, compare Hcy CysC UAER beforeyand after treatment, we found that combine traditional Chinese and western medicinetreatment in early diabetic nephropathy has more advantages than the pure westernmedicine therap.
