The Comparison And Evaluation Of Rhinomanometry By Before And After Nasal Endoscopic Surgery On123Cases Of Pantient With Nasal Congestion

Objective:To compared the quantification of data between before and afternasalendoscopic surgery by123cases of nasal obstruction in patientses．Methods: Toapplicatied the nasal resistance measuring instrument on49cases of nasal septumdeviation in patients，36cases of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps，38cases with chronic sinusitis patients by before surgery and after surgery for a month ofnasal resistance (nasal resistance NR) were detected， and the detection results forstatistical analysis．Results: after nasal endoscopic surgery of nasal septum deviationcorrecting group、chronic sinusitis before and after surgery and chronic sinus groupbefore and after the surgery in NR group are significantly different (P＜0.01); chronicsinus group before and after the surgery of NR had no significant difference (P＞0.05)．Conclusion: nasal resistance generated in the main part is the nasal valve area;allergic factors involved and the surgery before and after nasal respiratory airflowchanges also effect on nasal resistance change causes; normal physiological conditionsand in pathological conditions of the nasal valve area location is different; nasalendoscopic surgery with surround surgery period of comprehensive treatment on nasalseptum deviation， accompanied by chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in patients withnasal obstruction recovery has significant effect; NR clinical detection method，simple and easy， the measured data with good clinical reference value， the surgeryto improve the nasal ventilation effect of certain objective assessment．...
