Objective:To investigate the correction between ultrasonagraphic features and axillarylymph node metastasis with molecular biological markers of estrogen receptor(ER),Proge-strone receptor(PR),human epidermal growth factor receptor2(HER-2),and Ki-67in smallbreast cancer. Methods:A retrospective observation of219cases of pathologicallydiagnosed as small breast cancer ultrasonographic features and pathologyicalspecimens, analysis of ultrasonographic signs and axillary lymph node metastasis withER,PR,HER-2,and Ki-67correlation.Results:Ratio of the longest/shortest dimension>1was correlated with positive expression of ER(2=5.606,P<0.05); The microcalcificutionwas correlated with the positive expression of HER-2(2=5.243,P<0.05);Hyperechoic holosign was correlated with the positive expression of PR (2=6.399,P<0.05); Axillary lymphnode metastasis was correlated with the positive expression of HER-2(2=6.453,P<0.05).Conclusions: There was a certion correction ultrasonagraphic features and axillary lymphnode metastasis with molecular biological markers in small breast cnacer.Bothultrasonographic features and the positive expression of molecular markers of small breastcancer can predict its biological behavior and axillary lymph node metastasis or not andthen provide the basis for clinical treatment options and prognosis ssassessment.
