MRI BI-RADS score:0points have3lesions,1points with5lesions,2points have14lesions,3points with8lesions,4points have3lesions,5pointshave2lesions; The corresponding BI-RADS classification for Ⅰclassificationhas8lesions, Ⅱ classification14lesions, Ⅲ classification8lesions, Ⅳclassification has5lesions.X-ray mammography image performance: not foundlumps cases has8,5for mammary gland hyperplasia,3for local asymmetricdensity; Find mass11cases in which10performance for round, oval, one for the lobulated; Edge clear10, edge blur1,Mass high density5, and6equidensity;Coarse particle calcification1,Inverted nipples1.Conclusion: The MRI can clearly show mammary gland fiber adenoma,the shape, the edge, and strengthen the form, after post-processing can moreexplicitly show the early lesion enhancement ratio and enhanced signal changesin the initial period. MRI BI-RADS score points less than or equal3for benign,its and MRI BI-RADS classification’s coincidence rate was85.7%, after SPSSsoftware analysis MRI BI-RADS score and MRI BI-RADS classification haveobvious positive correlation, pearson correlation coefficient is0.967.X-raymammography diagnosis was53.6%. MRI and X-ray mammography checkmammary gland fiber adenoma is the diagnostic accordance with a statisticalsignificance.
