Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of tonifying kidney, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis method on treating diabetic nephropathy.Methods:Based on traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern research, on the basis of the characteristics of diabetic nephropathy, and in accordance with its basic pathogenesis of the deficiency of the kidney and blood stasis, described tonifying kidney, promoting blood circulation method is an important method in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy, advocate to apply the tonifying kidney, promoting blood circulation method to the treatment of diabetic nephropathy early. And supplemented by cases to specify that tonifying kidney, promoting blood circulation method is an important method in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Contents:This article’s discussion is divided into four parts:the first part leads to the analysis of the following three parts’ theory mechanism by analyzing and summarizing experimental data; the second part is modern medical research progress of diabetic nephropathy; the third part is clinical research progress of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy; the forth part is the clinical research of tonifying kidney, promoting blood circulation method in treatment of diabetic nephropathy. The part of modern medical research progress of diabetic nephropathy comments domestic and overseas’ research status of diabetic nephropathy on the sides of epidemiology, pathogenesis, prevention and cure of diabetic nephropathy, and etc. the part of research progress of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy discusses DN’s Chinese medicine pathogenesis, the superiority of Chinese medicine treatment of this disease and etc. The clinical research part of tonifying kidney, promoting blood circulation method chooses diabetic nephropathy patients as study participants in accordance with the International unified diagnostic criteria (MogenSen diagnosis standard stage). Using randomized controlled trial method, controlled observation with western medicine ACEI drug Enalapril, from April2010to March2012, treated104cases of early diabetic nephropathy patients, patients were randomly divided into treatment group or control groupResults:After treatment, compared the clinical efficacy, results show that in treatment group52cases.28cases (53.8%) markedly effective.14cases (27.0%) effective,10patients (19.2%) ineffective, total effective rate is80.8%; in control group52cases,10cases (19.2%) markedly effective,12cases (23.1%) effective, ineffective,30cases (57.7%) ineffective, the total efficiency of42.3%. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group is much better than the control group (P<0.05), none of the two group’s patients has obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion:this study on104patients clinical observation shows that total effective rate of treatment group using the of tonifying kidney, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis method combined with western medicine Enalapril is80.8%, which is significantly higher than control group. Suggesting that on the basis of western medicine coordinate with tonifying kidney, promoting blood circulation Chinese medicine treating clinical duration of DN is significantly better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms, improving kidney function, and improving the glomerular filtration rate. On the basis of western medicine adding tonifying kidney, promoting blood circulation Chinese medicine, can cover the shortage of western medicine. Through dialectical treatment, adding or subtracting dose flexibly, avoid the disadvantage of simple therapeutic method of western medicine, meanwhile, Chinese medicine has a little side effects, it is effective and safe, suitable for the kind of chronic disease such as diabetic nephropathy which needs long-term treatment, and it helps stabilizing symptoms. Treating diabetic nephropathy by tonifying kidney, promoting blood circulation method early can improve clinical symptoms correspondingly, get a favorable clinical effect and has good security, be able to reverse or slow down the progression of diabetic nephropathy and to improve the quality of patients’ life, it is worthy of further clinical research and applications.
