Clinical Research On Early Diabetic Nephropathy Treated With The Prescription Of Supplementing Qi And Activating Blood Circulation

Objectives To observe the clinical effects and safety of DN in early stage with selfprescribed replenishing qi and promoting blood circulation recipe.Methods According to the order of hospitalization and the principle of 1:1,sixty patients were divided into treatment group and control group.Each group included thirty cases.Patients in the control group took the conventional symptomatic treatment,such as diet,sport,reducing blood sugar,pressure and lipid,while patients in the treatment group received the prescription(a dose,2 times a day) combined with the above methods.Then two groups of clinical curative effects were compared after one month. The TCM clinical symptoms, FBG、PBG、Hb A1C、24h Upro、Scr、BUN and blood lipid were determined.Indexes and clinical symptoms manifestations were observed after the replenishing qi and promoting blood circulation recipe used to patients,that is the main of qi deficiency and blood stasis,in order to ealuate the replenishing qi and promoting blood circulation recipe affecting urine protein of DN patients combined with conventional symptomatic treatment such as reducing blood sugar and pressure and so on.Results 1 Comparision of clinical efficacy between two groups:3 cases were cured in the treatment group,13 cases showed marked effect, 10 cases effect,4 cases no effect,total effective percentage getting to reaching 86.7%;8 cases had marked effect in the control group,12 cases effect,7 cases no effect,3 cases missed,total effective 66.7%.The total effetive rate in the treatment gorup indicated statistical significance(P﹤ 0.05). 2 Comparision of clinical scores of symptoms and signs:Before treatment,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P﹥0.05).After treatment,the scores were reduced significantly in the treatment group(P﹤0.05). 3 Comparison of blood sugar,Hb A1 C and blood lipid between the two groups:Before treatment,there was no statistical significance between the two groups( P﹥0.05).After treatment,the blood sugar,Hb A1 C and blood lipid of the two groups decreased more significantly than before treatment(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01). While there was no statistical significance in blood sugar,hemoglobin and blood lipid between the two groups( P﹥0.05).4 Comparison of 24 h Upro between the two groups:After treatment,the levels of 24Upro of the two groups decreased more obiously than before treatment(P ﹤0.01).After treatment,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P﹥0.05),while the averaged numerical of treatment group decreased higher than the control group.(P﹤0.05).5 Comparison of renal function between the two groups:Before treatment,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P﹥0.05). After treatment,Scr and BUN of the two groups reduced more significantly than before treatment(P﹤0.05). After treatment, there was no statistical significance in Scr between the two groups(P﹥0.05),while BUN showed statistical significance between the two groups(P﹤0.05).Conclusions Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood circulation prescription could improve the clinical symptoms of TCM better,decrease the urinary albumin excretion and prmote the renal function.
