Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Infertility Caused By Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type PCOS By Tonifying Kidney And Promoting Blood Circulation Combined With Letrozole

Objective: by comparing the observation of kidney qi and letrozole treatment of kidney and blood stasis type joint before and after treatment in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome caused by infertility ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,sex hormone levels,the changes of endometrial thickness,objectively evaluate its efficacy and advantages,explore more effective treatments for the disease in clinical treatment.Methods: Seventy patients with infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome with kidney deficiency and blood stasis were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 cases in each group(34 cases in actual treatment group and 1 case of abscission;Control group,32 cases,3 cases abscission).Control group was given letrozole 2.5mg once a day for 5 consecutive days from the 5th day of menstrual cycle or withdrawal of drug bleeding.On this basis,patients in the treatment group took kidney-nourishing decoction in the late and early stages of menstruation,one dose per day,even for 6 days,and Wenyang Huoxue Decoction in the interperiod,one dose daily,even for 6 days.Patients in both groups were treated for 3menstrual cycles.Ovulation rate,sex hormone level,pregnancy rate,TCM syndrome and other clinical indicators were observed and recorded before and after treatment.Results:1.Compare two groups of patients before treatment,two groups of patients before treatment in age,TCM syndrome integral,sex hormone levels(luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),LH/FSH and testosterone(T))on the comparison,the T test,there were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),which may account for the selected two groups of patients before the relevant treatment was no significant difference,comparable,and can be observed.2.Comparison of comprehensive efficacy of the two groups of patients:after treatment,the effective rate of the total treatment group was 85.29%,which was significantly higher than the control group total effective rate of the control group(59.37%).Chi-square test showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndromes efficacy between the two groups: after treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was statistically 94.12%,which was higher than the total effective rate of43.75% in the control group.The chi-square test showed that the difference between the two groups was very significant(P<0.01),indicating that the combination of kidney tonifying and blood activating method and letrozole therapy for the treatment of this disease was significantly better than that of letrozole therapy alone in terms of TCM syndromes efficacy.4.Two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral comparison: the treatment group after treatment of TCM syndrome integral earlier declined obviously,very significant difference(P < 0.01);Control group after treatment of TCM syndrome integral parts have improved,but the overall improvement is not obvious,no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),shows that letrozole in the kidney and activating blood method combined treatment can obviously improve the kidney and blood stasis type of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom of polycystic ovary syndrome caused by infertility.5.Comparison of sex hormone levels between the two groups: basic sex hormone T,LH and LH/FSH values in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in T,LH,LH/FSH values between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had better regulation effect on T,LH,LH/FSH than the control group.6.Cycle ovulation rate compared two groups of patients: two groups of patients after treatment,the treatment group of cycle ovulation rate was54.08% higher than that of control group 29.47% cycle ovulation rate,by chi-square test,the difference statistically significant(P<0.05),can be seen on the basis of kidney qi and letrozole treatment of kidney and blood stasis type joint effect of ovulation infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome due to pure letrozole treatment application.7.Comparison of clinical pregnancy rate between the two groups: after treatment,14 patients in the treatment group were pregnant,accounting for41.18%,and 5 patients in the control group were pregnant,accounting for15.63%.The difference was statistically significant by chi-square test(P<0.05),indicating that the combination of kidney tonifying and blood activating method with letrozole in the treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome caused by kidney deficiency and blood stasis was better than letrozole alone in the treatment of infertility.8.Safety observation: No obvious adverse reactions occurred in patients of the two groups.Conclusion: Tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation with letrozole in the treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome caused by kidney deficiency and blood stasis has significant clinical efficacy,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and improve ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.It has high safety and can be further popularized in clinical treatment.
