Clinical Observation:Early Ectopic Pregnancy Treatment By Combination Of Chinese Traditional And Western Medicine

Objective To provide one more effective expectant treatment method of early ectopic pregnancy to patients with fertility hope.Method120cases of early ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into group A(methotrexate), group B(combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine). To statistically analyze the short-term clinical effect of2methods by synthetic weighted mark method.Result There are significant difference (P<0.05) in synthetic weighted mark, total excellence rate and mass absorbtion but no difference (P>0.05) in abdominal pain and colporrhagia at2weeks,3weeks and4weeks between2groups. There are significant difference (P<0.05) in total effective rate at2weeks and3weeks, but no difference (P>0.05) at4weeks between2groups. There are significant difference (P<0.05) in serum human chorionic gonadotrophin (3at2weeks and3weeks, but no difference (P>0.05) at4weeks between2groups.Conclusion1Combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine is better than methotrexate in expectant treatment of early ectopic pregnancy.2The main cause of Chinese traditional and western medicine better than methotrexate in expectant treatment of early ectopic pregnancy is Chinese traditional medicine promotes the absorbtion of mass.3Chinese traditional and western medicine can be used as clinical first choice in expectant treatment of early ectopic pregnancy because it has higher curative effect and shorter course of treatment than methotrexate, and is safe and small side effect.
