The Clinical Study Of Conservative Treating Ectopic Pregnancy With Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective : To explore the therapeutic effect and the mechanism of ectopic pregnancy(EP) conservative treated with Hua-Yu-Xiao-Zheng-Tang and Western medicine.Methods:62 cases EP were divided into three groups.The A group with 21 cases was treated by Hua-Yu-Xiao-Zheng-Tang and mifepristone(Ru486).The B group with 21 cases were treated by Hua-Yu-Xiao-Zheng-Tang and doubled Ru486.The C group with 20 cases were treated by methotrexate(MTX) and Ru486.Results:Regarding to the total cure rate,the B and C groups is higher than the A group(P<0.05).But the cure rate of the B and C groups in the first course of treatment is higher than that of the A group(P<0.01) and the difference of the cure rate of the three groups in the second course is insignificant(P>0.05),so the significant difference of the cure rate actually happens in the first course of treatment.The serumβ-HCG normalizing time and the abdominal pain duration time of the B and C groups are shorter than that of the A group(P<0.05).Regarding to the reduce speed of EP mass,the B group is obviously quicker than the other groups(P<0.05).The total occurrence rate of the medicine side reaction of the A and B groups is obviously smaller than that of the C group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The conservative method with Hua-Yu-Xiao-Zheng-Tang and Western medicine to treat EP is the best method.
