The Clinic And Experimental Curative Effect Observation Of Treating To CAG&PLGC From Qi Deficiency And Bood Stasis

Objective To discuss the theory basis of treating to CAG&PLGC from Qi Deficiency and Bood Stasis by organizing and summarizing literature. To confirm clinical curative effect on precancerous lesions of gastric cancer treated by YiQiHuoXue prescription, and through experiments in SGC7901, explore the role of ASIV and β-elemene in cell proliferation and apoptosis.Methods Theoretic part:Summarize the theory basis of treating to CAG&PLGC from Qi Deficiency and Bood Stasis by organizing and summarizing literature.Clinical part:60cases of the patients of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer were randomly allocated to treatment grope (30cases) treated by YiQiHuoXue prescription, and control group (30cases) treated by WeiFuChun, and observe the clinic effect after6months treatment. Experiment part:To observe the inhibitory action of ASIV and β-elemene in SGC7901by MTT, and the auxoaction in SGC7901by AnnexinV-FITC/PI.Results Theoretic part:Treating to CAG&PLGC from Qi Deficiency and Bood Stasis is solid enough. Clinical part:The treatment group had symptomatic improvement in abdominal mass, anorexia, hypodynamia, gastric din and belching significantly better than control group(P<0.05). The treatment group and the control group patho-atrophy improvement rate was60.0%,56.7%, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The treatment group and the control group intestinal metaplasia improvement rate was80.0%,60%, the difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05).The two groups atypical hyperplasia improvement rate was80%,75%, respectively,the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Experiment part: ASIV,β-elemene, ASIV and β-elemene, Celecoxib can inhibit cell proliferation in24h(P<0.01), the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The four kind of medicine can inhibit cell proliferation in48h (P<0.01), Celecoxib is best,β-elemene is better than ASIV (P<0.01), the two mixed is better than only one (P<0.01). ASIV,β-elemene, ASIV and β-elemene, Celecoxib can promote apoptosis (P<0.01,0.05), the difference of β-elemene, ASIV and β-elemene, Celecoxib had no statistical significance (P>0.05). the two mixed is better than only one (P<0.01)Conclusion1. Treating to CAG&PLGC from Qi Deficiency and Bood Stasis is solid enough.2.The clinic curative effect of treating to CAG&PLGC from Qi deficiency and bood stasis is well. It can improve the clinical symptoms and pathological conditions.3. ASIV and β-elemene can inhibit cell proliferation and promote apoptosis in SGC7901.
