Investigate The Efficacy Of The Disease And Syndrome Combination Which Treat Bronchial Asthma

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and security of the disease and syndrome combination optimized program which treat bronchial asthma.Methods:The bronchial asthma patients are divided into the traditional Chinese medicine therapy group and the combination therapy group. The group of the traditional Chinese medicine therapy is divided into cold asthma syndrome, hot asthma syndrome, Yin-deficiency of lung and kidney syndrome and Qi-deficiency of lung and kidney syndrome by the Traditional Chinese Medicine, and this group used disease and syndrome combination optimized program. The combination therapy group used disease and syndrome combination optimized program and Shurly repeat,10days are1treatment course, observe1treatment course. Observe the symptom, signs and the laboratory indexes of the two groups before and after treatment and observe the Adverse reactions after treatment.Result:1、There is no difference of the age, sex and course of disease between the treatment group and the control group (P>0.05);2、 There is no difference of the symptom and signs score which before the treatment between the two groups (P>0.05),but the symptom and signs score which after the treatment are both decreased, which has significant difference(P<0.01);3、Compared with the control group, the efficiency of the treatment group is increased(P <0.05);4、There has significant difference of the single symptom and signs score of the two groups which after and before the treatment (P<0.01);5, There is no difference of FEV1、FVC、 PEF of the two groups before treatment (P>0.05); there is no difference of FEV1、FVC、PEF of the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05); in the treatment group, FVC and PEF after the treatment are increased than before the treatment, and after the treatment of the two groups, FEV1、FVC and PEF of the treatment group are increased than the control group,which both have significant difference(P<0.05);6、 There is no difference of the liver and kidney’s function of the treatment group which after and before the treatment (P>0.05),The indicators in AST、ALT、BUN、Cr and UA of liver and kidney’s function are all normal, There were no adverse reactions in patients.Conclutions:To treat the bronchial asthma patients with Traditional Chinese medicine, and correct the patients’constitution by repairing kidney、moisturing lung、invigorating spleen、 recuperating liver、 treating sputum、treating stasis and driving away Feng with different condition, and Combined with Western Medicine can ease or eliminate the bronchial asthma patients’symptom and signs quickly, improve the lung function, decrease the amount of hormone and have positive effect.
