The Clinic Research Of Treating Type2Diabetes By The Therapy Of Nourishing Spleen And Kidneys,Heat-clearing And Yin—nourishing

Objective:observe the clinic effect of treating Type2Diabetes with the syndrome of Spleen and kidney losses and Qi-Yin deficiency by the therapy of nourishing spleen and kidneys and heat-clearing and yin-nourishing,and at the same time discuss it’s action mechanism and characteristic to gain the purpose of supplying theoretical basis and practical guide to improve the clinic effect of treating Type2Diabetes and enlarge the range of clinic use of TCM.Methods:choose50patients with Type2Diabetes with the syndrome of Spleen and kidney losses and Qi-Yin deficiency,and divide Into Two Groups with random.Both groups were treated with western medicineconvention treatment, while add the therapy of nourishing spleen and kidneys and heat-clearing and yin-nourishing to treatment group(24cases).The control groups(26cases) use western medicion only. The course of treatment is6weeks.Observbe the change of clinical Signs and Symptoms and related laboratory index before and after the treatment.Results:1.totaltherapeutic effect:The total effect of treatment group is91.7%, and the control groups69.2%, There were significant differences between the two group in totaltherapeutic effect(P<0.05). The treatment group was better than control.2. Improve the simptoms:Both groups can releave the syndrome and signs of Spleen and kidney losses and Qi-Yin deficiency of patients with Type2Diabetes(P<0.01). But there were significant differences between the two group in effect(P<0.01), The treatment group was better than control.3.Influenceto laboratory index: To varying degrees,both groups can lower the fasting blood-glucose(FBG),2-hr plasma glucose(2hPG), the content of urine protein and Urine beta2-micro globulin,improve the level of bloodfat,and on the aspect of controlling blood sugar, decreasing total cholesterol, triglycerides and urine protein, the treatment group was much better than control(P<0.05或P<0.01).Conclusion:treating patients with Type2Diabetes with the syndrome of Spleen and kidney losses and Qi-Yin deficiency by the therapy of combining nourishing spleen and kidneys and heat-clearing and yin-nourishing and western medicine. The treatment group was much better than control in totaltherapeutic effect and improving laboratory index.So the result is, the therapy of nourishing spleen and kidneys and heat-clearing and yin-nourishing has good clinic effect in treating Type2Diabetes, slow it’s progress, prevent it’s Chronic complications and has osmall side effects.This result enrich the theory of prevent and treat Type2Diabetes by TCM,not only provide effective guide to it’s clinic treatment,but also supply scientific proof in improve it’s clinic efect and enlarge the range of it’s clinic use,and has important theoretical significance and clinical practical value.
