ObjectiveThe body from the local defect deformity various in form, although it won’tendanger the patients’ health, but bring patients great psychological burden. We oftenuse the iflling agent or surgical method of autologous transplantation to ifll in thelocal anomalies clinically. But the expensive iflling agent and huge trauma limit theclinical application. The fat particles auto-transplantation particles in clinicalapplication has been a long time, because of its high absorptivity which limits itsapplication in clinic. As the appearance of liposuction in the late20th century, theplastic surgeon put more attention to the fat particles auto-transplantation and put in tothe widely application. And how to improve the success rate of the fat particlesauto-transplantation became the hot research of scholars. The scholars at home andabroad made a lot of the research work about growth factors in promoting survival offat particles transplantation. These research work prove that the growth factor reallypromote the fat particles auto-transplantation’ s revascularization. But these growthfactor is the biological active peptide, its activity is affected by many kinds of externalfactors and the price is expensive. What’s more, it’s diiffcult to determine theirclinical effect’, so its hard to put these growth factor to widely promotion. Is there aeconomic but effective simple method which could take place these growth factor?Salvia miltiorrhiza is one of the well known classical Chinese medicine anddomestic scholars make a lot of clinical observation and animal experiments in it andfounded that salvia miltiorrhiza could improve microcirculation,the bodyanticoagulation and ifbrinolytic activity, improve the level of platelet cAMP, inhibitThromboxane A2, prostaglandins and so on. Inhibit the synthesis of these materialwhich shrinkage blood vessels. What’s more, salvia miltiorrhiza could scanvenge oxygen free radicals, reduce blood viscosity and peripheral ascular resistance, salviamiltiorrhiza could improve peripheral ascular’s function and have therapeutic effect ofaplastic microcirculation disease. From the above material we can learn that salviamiltiorrhi’zapharmacological mechanism has been deeply research. As a economicand effective drugs, salvia miltiorrhiza have not been founded in the research ofwhether Salvia miltiorrhiza could improve the survival of fat particles transplantation.This experiment is to establish rabbit fat particles auto-transplantation modelthrough the injection of salvia miltiorrhiza by stages. Making use of salviamiltiorrhiza’s unique pharmacological activity in blood vessels to study the effect andpossible mechanism about salvia miltiorrhiza affect survival rate of the fat particlesauto-transplantation.Methods18Rabbits, eight from2.0kg to2.3kg,(Yunnan Dali college laboratory animalcenter provides).Take the methods of the random control divided these rabbits into:(1)physiological saline control group: Take injection of physiological saline5ml intorabbit’s enterocoelia every day; Salvia miltiorrhiza low dose group: Taking injectionof salvia miltiorrhiza0.5ml/kg into rabbit’s enterocoelia every day, and diluting salviamiltiorrhiza into5ml by physiological saline; Salvia miltiorrhiza high dose group:Taking injection of salvia miltiorrhiza1.Oml/kg into rabbit’s enterocoelia every day,and diluting salvia miltiorrhiza into5ml by physiological saline. Take about threeml of belly fat, make fat particles, physiological saline rinse puriifcation, each take1.5ml respectively in the back of the both sides of transplant skin. According to therequirements of the group daily salvia miltiorrhiza injection and physiological salineinjections,15days after the surgery, collecting specimens from each group by randomand putting the rabbits into death. Putting the fat gratfs organization into10%formaldehyde, taking the conventional parafifn, slice, each specimen slice ifve tickets,1slice on a HE dyed, another four tickets on a immunohistochemical dyed forcounting the number of capillaries.30days after the surgery, collecting specimensfrom each group by random, measuring the volume of body fat grafts by hand-mademeasuring cylinder and putting the fat grafts organization into10%formaldehyde, taking conventional paraiffn, slice, each take a specimen slice do HE dyed.Results15days after the surgery, there is a statistical signiifcance in vascular densityvalues between physiological saline control group and high and low concentrationSalvia miltiorrhiza injection experimental group (0.5ml/kg group and1.0ml/kggroup)(P <0.05); there is not a statistical signiifcance in vascular density valuesbetween high concentration Salvia miltiorrhiza injection experimental group and lowconcentration Salvia miltiorrhiza injection experimental group,(P>0.05).30days after the surgery, there is a statistical signiifcance in fat volume betweenphysiological saline control group and high and low concentration Salvia miltiorrhizainjection experimental group (0.5ml/kg group and1.0ml/kg group)(P <0.05); thereis not a statistical signiifcance in fat volume between high concentration Salviamiltiorrhiza injection experimental group and low concentration Salvia miltiorrhizainjection experimental group,(P>0.05).ConclusionSalvia miltiorrhiza injection can reconstructed the fat particlesauto-transplantation’s early vascular system and improve survival of fat particlestransplantation.
