To Study The Correlation Between The Quality Of Life Of The Elder In Changchun City Community And Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Cognition

Purpose: We carried out an investigation on the quality of life of older persons inChangchun City community and traditional Chinese medicine health cognition, and analyzedthe correlation between them. The purposing will provide referential data and interventionmeasures for community traditional Chinese medicine health service developing andperfecting.Method: We collected to relate about311cases of community old people by randomsampling methods in Changchun City.①the present situation of the quality of life of oldpeople in changchun city community②the cognition status of old people to traditionalChinese medicine health cognition. The data was analyzed using the statistical package ofsocial science (SPSS17.0).The methods of descriptive analysis and variance test were used toprocess dataResult: We investigated311older adults, the quality of life in a good, secondary, badresults were in each for the proportion of the total accounted for23.47%,75.17%and1.29%.Different gender, age, education, income, whether suffering chronic disease, whether fixedcheck-up of the old people, different the quality of life is statistically significant (P <0.05);The percentage of the entries full marks for traditional Chinese medicine health cognition isthe highest about cognitive attitude (65.89%), Different gender, education, income, whethersuffering chronic disease, whether fixed check-up of the old people, different the traditionalChinese medicine health cognition is statistically significant (P <0.05);There were positivecorrelation between about the quality of life of older persons in community and traditionalChinese medicine health cognition.(R=0.528, R~2=0.279, P <0.05)Conclusion:①T he quality of life in Changchun city community old people were middlelevel and should be further enhanced.②The old people’s gender, age, marriage, culturaldegree, income, chronic diseases, regular health checks may affect the quality of life of oldpeople. Quality of life among older men are higher than women; At the age of60to74yearsolder than75years old and older quality of life score high; The higher level of education, thehigher the income acquired the higher quality of the old people; quality of life for old peoplewith chronic illness was wore than no chronic illness; never the medical examination of old people life quality score was lower than regular health check.③The old people had certaindegree of the traditional Chinese medicine health cognition, but their behavior should befurther enhanced.④The traditional Chinese medicine health cognition ofolder men werehigher than women; The higher level of education, the higher the income of the old peoplescore were higher; no chronic diseases was higher than those with chronic illness; regularhealth examination scored was better than never the medical check.⑤The higher the oldpeople of the traditional Chinese medicine health cognition score is, the better the old peoplewith quality of life score is.
