Objective:To discuss serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and acquired immunity relationsin pediatrics infectious disease.Methods:Detective196patients serum CRP value and the peripheral blood separately.According to relation of different levels CRP and white blood cell(WBC)count, andrelation of different levels CRP and neurtropil ratio, which carry on the grouping. Bothhospitalization first day of WBC count of CRP normal level group and treating72hourslater in CRP rising group WBC count of CRP restoring normal level, which carry on thegrouping. One of51patients ’venous blood IgG﹑IgA﹑IgM and one of45patients’venous blood complement C3﹑C4were carried on the grouping, and carries onstatistics analysis. Results:Different levels of CRP and IgG﹑IgA﹑IgM, which in children younger than3years group and older than3years group have not the significancedifference(P>0.05);Complement C3﹑C4in CRP rising group are obviously higherthan CRP normal group, the difference of CRP level and the complement C3﹑C4levelhave statistics significance(P<0.05), indicated that CRP can activate the complement;CRP rising level and WBC count﹑neurtropil ratio are correlation(WBC:r=0.2.P<0.05,N:r=0.3.P<0.01), indicated that CRP can activate WBC and adjust neurtropil; After thetreatment, WBC count of CRP restoring normal level and WBC count of CRP normallevel have not significance difference, indicates the CRP participatory early body theanti-infection immunity. Conclusions:CRP and the complement﹑white blood cell﹑neurtropil are all thecongenital immunity, CRP can activate the complement﹑white blood cell andneurtropil; CRP has nothing to do with acquired immunity IgG﹑IgA﹑IgM in theinfectious disease early time; The CRP can be not only used as one of diagnosis basesfor development of the inflammation in infectious disease early time, but is a sensitivelaboratory parameter.
