Purpose:Based on the coronary arteriongraphy as well as renoarteriography for the suspected patients with coronary heart disease, the research explored the incidence rate of atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis(ARAS for short) among the patients who were suffering from the coronary heart disease, which could be helpful for the distributing situation of the position and pathological changes of renal artery stenosis, clearly understanding and the relative risk factors of ARAS.Method:170clinic-suspected patients with coronary heart disease from cardiology department in the third affiliated hospital of Nanchang University were selected as the research object, the incidence rate of renal artery stenosis among the patients suffering from the coronary heart disease was investigated. Among170patients undergoing the coronary arteriongraphy as well as renoarteriography. Were selected29patients suffering from renal artery stenosis and coronary heart disease were selected as studygroup as the case group for control study, and also with140patients whose renal artery were proved to be normal through renoarteriography were selected as the control group, the related risk factors of ARAS were explored.Result:Among the170suspected patients with coronary heart disease and underwent coronary arteriongraphy as well as renoarteriography, there were98patients diagnosed as coronary heart disease, which accounts for57.65%of the total, and there were30patients diagnosed as renal artery lesions, which accounts for17.65%. Among the98patients with coronary heart disease,29cases suffered from renal artery, which accounts for29.59%of the patients with coronary heart disease; another case was in the group of patients with normal coronary artery. The difference is analyzed through the chi-square test. There will be a statistically significant difference between the independent variable Logistic regression analysis. The statistically significant factors are:age(wald=9.116, P=0.003), coronary Lesions(wald=6.869, P=0.009), hyperten-sion(wald=5.912, P=0.015),peripheral vascular disease (wald=14.763, P=0.000), hyperhomocystinemia(wald=3.863, P=0.049).Conclusion:Accepted coronary angiography of renal artery stenosis in patients with positive rate was17.64%; coronary heart disease with renal arterial stenosis detection rate was29.59%. Prediction of ARAS are the independent risk factors for age, hypertension, hyperhomocysteinemia, peripheral vascular disease and coronary artery lesions. Coronary artery lesions in multiple lesions, especially in three lesions and ARAS coexist in the correlation in.
