| BCKGROUDPlasma cell mastitis（PCM） also refers to mammary duct ectasia（MDE）， catheter around mastitis and occlusive mastitis is a kind ofnon-infections inflammation in breast.The etiology is far from clear sofar,and its clinic manifestcations are complex.Although radiologicexaminations are helpful for the diagnosis of PCM,biopsy and pathologicalabsercation are prerequisite.With the social development,the incidence ofPCM was increasing in recent,and the patients of PCM trend toyoung.Complete excision is the unique approach to the cure ofPCM,while,the cosmetic outcome become more and more important forthose women with PCM.Accordingly,surgons should guarantee boththerapeutic and cosmetic outcome.At same time in the management ofPCM,multidisciplinary cooperation,individuation and normalization areessential in the diagnosis and treatment of PCM.PURPOSETo evaluate the Clinicopathologic characteristics, diagnose and surgicaltreatment of the plasma cell mastitis（PCM）.
