The Gene Treatment Of Primary Hepatic Carcinoma

Objective:Primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC) is the common malignant tumor w-ith the higher mortality in the world, whose efficacy of traditional treatments is very poor. And the gene therapy is one of the hot spots of the current research, In th is paper, the gene therapy of the PHC is reviewed, in order to provided reference for its further application.Methods:The related literatures were revivewed. The articles was searched in PubMed, Wanfang and CNKI from1989to2011with "Primary Hepatic Carcinoma; Gene Therapy, et al"as the key words. A total of259papers related were collected, and finally74were used. Choice criteria:1)The principle in gene therapy of the PHC;2)The methods of gene therapy of the PHC;3)The carrier system of gene therapy of the PHC;4) The import way gene therapy of the PHC;5) The problem and perspective gene therapy of the PHC.Results:With the new gene therapy strategy emerging, constantly updating vector system, the leaders of methods to optimize animal model of continuous improvement, it has become a new research focus and direction.Conclusion:The gene therapy of the PHC is a new-style treatment, which has a wide clinical application.
