The Effect Of Yiqiyang Yin, Phlegm And Blood Stasis Method To Islet β-cell Function On Clinical Research In Type2Diabetes Mellitus

Purpose:Investigate the clinical study of yiqiyangyin, phlegm and blood stasis in type2diabetes mellitus islet P-cell function.Methods:outpatient and inpatient treatment60patients are randomly divided into two groups at the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, the treatment group and the control group are each30cases.On the premise of the basic treatment(diabetes education, diet, exercise therapy),The treatment group is received the self side of yiqiyangyin, phlegm and blood stasis methods for the principle of prescription, water frying medicine,a dose of every day, drink150ml medicine juice every time on morning and at night. At the same time given additional repaglinide tablets1mg,three times a day before meals with oral. The control group is given repaglinide tablets1mg,three times a day before meals with oral. The both groups will receive drug treatment in12weeks. Observed two groups of patients the treatment before and after Homa-beta(Homa-β), fasting plasma insulin(FINS), fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2hour plasma glucose(2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin(Hbl Ac), total cholesterol(TC), triglycerides lipoprotein (TG), high density lipoprotein(HDL),low-density lipoprotein(LDL) and Chinese medicine syndrome score changes.Results:1.yiqiyangyin,phlegm and blood stasis can elevate in patients with2type diabetes mellitus Homa-β and FINS.2.yiqiyangyin,phlegm and blood stasis can reduce in patients with2type diabetes mellitus FPG,2hPG, Hb1Ac.3.yiqiyangyin,phlegm and blood stasis can elevate in patients with2type diabetes mellitus HDL and reduce TC,TG,LDL4.yiqiyangyin,phlegm and blood stasis can elevate in patients with2type diabetes mellitus TCM syndrome score. Conclusion:1.yiqiyangyin,phlegm and blood stasis can improve T2DM islet β-cell function.2.yiqiyangyin,phlegm and blood stasis can reduce T2DM blood sugar.3.yiqiyangyin,phlegm and blood stasis can regulate T2DM blood lipid disorders.4.yiqiyangyin,phlegm and blood stasis can reduce T2DM TCM syndrome integral to improve the clinical symptoms.
