Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Spastic Paralysis Of Lower Limb After Apoplexy By Round-sharp Needle And Articular Needling Therapy

Objective:Through the observation of the influence of the round-needling and articular needling therapy on the degree of lower limb spastic paralysis,motor function of lower limb and the degree of nerve function defect of lower limbs of the patients with spastic paralysis of the lower limbs after apoplexy,compared with the common acupuncture,the clinical efficacy of the two patients was evaluated comprehensively,and a new treatment method and price for the treatment were provided for the patients with lower limb spastic paralysis after apoplexy.Methods:60 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group by the method of random control.The treatment group was treated with round needle and articular needling therapy,once every other day,treatment for 4 weeks.The control group was treated with common acupuncture for 6 days a week for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the improved Ashworth spasmodic scale,Fugl-Meyer motor function score,and the degree of clinical nerve function defect of stroke patients were evaluated respectively in the two groups of lower extremity spasm,motor function of lower limb and the degree of lower extremity nerve function defect to compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in scores between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).Through 4 weeks of treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were all better than those before the treatment.The Fugl-Meyer scale score,the improved Ashworth scale score,and the clinical neural ability defect scale of apoplexy patients were all compared with the treatment results.The previous improvement was statistically significant(P < 0.01).After treatment,the differences in scores were statistically significant(P < 0.01),and the improvement of the treatment group was more obvious.Conclusion:This method can effectively treat the patients with spastic paralysis of lower limbs after apoplexy.It can improve the motor function of lower limb,relieve the degree of lower limb spasticity and restore the degree of nerve function defect of lower extremity,which are superior to those of ordinary acupuncture.
