ObjectiveObserve the difference between the clinical effect of "Tiaoshen Roujin" acupuncture and Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on lower limb spastic paralysis after ischemic stroke, and evaluate the improvement of the two acupuncture methods on patients' motor function and self-feeling,To provide a certain reference for clinical acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke lower limb spastic paralysis.MethodThis study used a single-center,randomized,controlled research method. The included cases were all from the outpatient department and ward of the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the order of enrollment,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the random number table. The control group,30 cases in each group, both groups received basic treatment for ischemic stroke according to the "Chinese Cerebrovascular Disease Prevention and Treatment Guidelines" formulated by the Chinese Medical Association in 2015,and the experimental group applied the "Tiao Shen Rou Jin" needle on this basis The acupuncture method, the control group was treated with acupuncture and acupuncture acupuncture on this basis, acupuncture once a day,6 days a week, and the treatment course for both groups was 4 weeks. Before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment, clinical spasticity index, simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment scale lower limb part and stroke spastic paralysis PRO scale were performed on patients score. After the treatment, the evaluation indexes of the test group and the control group were statistically analyzed and evaluated.Result1 Baseline informationThe patients in the test group and the control group were compared in terms of age, gender, course of disease,TCM syndrome type, clinical spasm index scale score, simplified Fugl-Meyer scale lower extremity score, stroke spastic paralysis PRO scale score, andbaseline data. The differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2 Comparison of clinical spasm index scale scoresIntra-group comparison: After treatment, the test group and the control group both decreased in clinical spasm index scale scores before treatment, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01);comparison between groups:post-treatment clinical spasm index amount The table score was lower than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3 Simplified Fugl-Meyer scale lower extremity score comparisonIntra-group comparison: After treatment, the lower limbs scores of the simplified Fugl-Meyer scale in both groups were increased, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);comparison between groups: simplified Fugl-Meyer in the experimental group after treatment The lower extremity score of the scale was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4 Comparison of PRO scale scores of stroke spastic paralysisIntra-group comparison: After treatment, the test group and the control group had lower scores on the PRO spontaneous paralysis PRO scale before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);comparison between groups: after treatment, the experimental group had stroke spastic paralysis The PRO scale score was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5 Comparison of clinical efficacyAfter 4 weeks of treatment,2 cases in the experimental group were cured clinically,19 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were improved,1 case was ineffective,;1 case was clinically cured in the control group,17 cases were markedly improved,10 cases were improved,2 cases were invalid. After statistical analysis, there was no statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion1 "Tiao Shen Rou Jin" acupuncture method and Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture method can obviously alleviate the spasticity of patients with spastic paralysis of lower extremities after ischemic stroke, and the effect is equivalent.2 "Tiao Shen Rou Jin" acupuncture method is better than Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture method in improving motor function and self-feeling of patients with spastic paralysis of lower extremities after ischemic stroke.
