Clinical Study On Treating Oligomenorrhea Of Low Ovarian Reserve Function With Zishentang Combined With Western Medicine Artificial Cycle

Objective:Through the observation on the clinical efficacy of treating oligomenorrhea of low ovarian reserve function with Zishentang combined with western medicine artificial cycle and the preliminary discusses of the mechanism,To provide safe,effective and side-effect-free therapy or drug for the treatment of oligomenorrhea of low ovarian reserve function.Methods:This topics points theory research and clinical observation two parts.Theory research:Pathogenesis,treatment and status quo of DOR are discussed systematically from the two aspects of medical and western medicine through collecting the ancient and modern literature.Clinical observation:60patients conform to the standards of the studies were randomly divided into treatment and control group to1:1proportion,each group had30cases.The treatment group received Zishentang combined with western medicine artificial cycle,and the control group only received western artificial cycle.After3months of therapy,Patients of menstrual conditions.scores of TCM syndrome and changes of serum sex hormone(FSH LH E2) levels were observed before and after treatment.Results:In the improvement of menstruation,the effective rate of treatment group was93.33%, while that of control group was70.0%,the former was superior to the latter(P<0.01).In the curative effect of TCM syndrome,the effective rate of treatment group was96.67%, while that of control group was63.33%,two groups of comparisons had difference(P<0.01).In the change of serum FSH,LH and E2levels before and after treatment,two groups of patients serum FSH,LH and E2level showed no significant difference(P>0.05) before treatment.FSH and LH of treatment group reduced significantly and E2increased significantly after treatment,showed significant difference(P<0.05) compared to that of control group.In the total effective rates of two groups after treatment,treatment group was93.33%, while control group was66.67%,showed significant difference(P<0.01) between them.Explained that the curative effect of treatment group was obviously superior to control group.Conclusion:In the improvement of clinical symptoms,the curative effect of Zishentang combined with western medicine artificial cycle was obviously superior to that of western medicine artificial cycle.In the improvement of the level of sex hormones in the body,especially in the adjustment of FSH and E2,the curative effect of Zishentang combined with western medicine artificial cycle was obviously superior to that of western medicine artificial cycle.The total effect of treating oligomenorrhea of low ovarian reserve function with Zishentang combined with western medicine artificial cycle was obviously superior to western medicine,and stable.It can be a safe and effective drug to treat Oligomenorrhea and the resulting ovulatory obstacle infertility,prevent prature ovarian failure and slow ovarian function decline with Chinese medicine.
