Clinical Research On The Liver Treats For A Dolescent Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objeetive:This study treated from the liver of Shugan Jieyu Decoction in the treatment of adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome. According to the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment in patients with menstrual, TCM syndrome, sex hormone levels, color changes, discussed from the theory of liver treatment of adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome clinical curative effect.Method:In63cases of adolescent patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group were treated with Shugan Jieyu decoction. Daily1agent, Shuijianbi sooner or later the service. Continuous application for3months as a course; the control group were treated with-35.1times a day,1tablets. In3months as a course. Before treatment and3months later, on third menstrual-5days collecting fasting venous blood, serum sex hormone testosterone, LH, FSH, and observation of menstruation (cycle, menstruation, weight, color, quality and so on) of TCM syndrome, basal body temperature, body weight, follicle situation changes.Result:The treatment group31cases,1months after the end of the treatment,4cases were cured,7cases, effective in10cases,10cases are invalid, the total efficiency of67.74%. A control group of32cases,2cases were cured,12cases, effective in6cases,11cases are invalid, the total efficiency of65.63. After treatment in treatment group and control group in the total efficiency of close, TCM symptoms, obesity, basal body temperature than the control group (P<0.05). T, LH, in reducing the LH/FSH value and facial acne effect and curative approachConelusion:From the theory of liver treatment application of Shugan Jieyu Decoction can improve the adolescent patients with polycystic ovary syndrome clinical symptoms, regulate menstrual cycle, clinical application of no obvious side effects, it is worthy of further study and promotion.
