The Effect Of Health Belief Modle On Fluid Intake Compliance In Patients Hemodialysis

ObjectiveAnalyzing the noncompliance liquid intake influence elements of hemodialysis patient; researching the intervention of health belief model on compliance liquid intake of hemodialysis patient.MethodsThe author picks up sixty-six noncompliance liquid intake patients which randomly chosen from the kidney disease medical hemodialysis room of Affil iated Hospital of H ei longjiang University of Chinese Medicine. Analyzing the noncompliance liquid intake influence elements of patients by using multiple linear regression.Dividing the sixty-six patients into experimental group and control group randomly, which has thirty-three patients respectively, the divided patients have on statistic meaning in age, gender, cultural level, economic conditions, years of hemodialysis, urine volume, and etc(P>0.05). The patients of control group taken the regular health education, the patients of experimental group given the intervention of health belief model when taken the regular health education, the period of intervention lasted three months, then comparatively analyzing the relative data before and after the intervention.Results1. The compliance of liquid intake of patients influenced by age in regular treatment; the feeling of obstacle and compliance liquid intake have a positive correlation when the patients given health belief treatment (γ=0.407, P<0.01),the feeling of benefit and compliance liquid intake have a negative correlation when the patients given health belief treatment (γ=-0.266, P<0.05).the self-efficacy and the compliance of liquid intake of patients have negative correlation (γ=-0.405, P<0.01) 2.The compliance of liquid intake of patients declined obviously after given intervention (P<0.01),including11compliance patients, on the contrary, the compliance of liquid intake of control group has no significance difference after given intervention, only two patients have compliance of liquid intake.3. The feeling of obstacle, feeling of benefit and self-efficacy of experimental group changed obviously after given intervention (P<0.01), the control group only felt the seriousness of compliance of liquid intake, the difference before and after the intervention has statistics meaning (P<0.05)Conclusion1. The compliance of liquid intake of patients influenced by age in regular treatment. The younger, the compliance of liquid intake of patients is higher.2. The feeling of obstacle and compliance liquid intake have a positive correlation when the patients given health belief treatment, the feeling of benefit and self-efficacy of hemodialysis patients has a negative correlation with the compliance of liquid intake.3. The health education guided by health belief model can help the hemodialysis patients improve their health belief, and give them correct health belief, it is helpful to improve hemodialysis patients’ adherence to fluid intake。...
