Objective: To determine the level of the total Ig E、Ig G4、immunoglobulins free light chain(Ig-f LC)in the peripheral blood of patients with non-allergic rhinitis( NAR) 、 allergic rhinitis(AR),healthy volunteers. To explore the clinical significance in patients with non allergic rhinitis. Methods: By using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) content assay for detection of NAR patients, AR patients and healthy volunteers in the peripheral blood total Ig E, Ig G4, κFLC, λFLC.The expression of RT-PCR detected in patients with NAR, AR patients and healthy volunteers, Ig E, Ig G4, κFLC m RNA.Results:Detected by ELISA, total Ig E, Ig G4 content in serum was higher in the AR group. Serum levels of κFLC,λFLC is higher in the NAR group.Detected by PT-PCR, the expression of Ig Em RNA and Ig G4 m RNA were higher in the AR group, κFLCm RNA expression was higher in the NAR group. Conclusion: κFLC and λFLC’s content in the blood of patients with NAR was significantly increased. That may play a role in the pathogenesis of NAR.At present, the diagnosis of the non-allergic rhinitis mainly through the elimination of inspection. Ig-f LC may have some reference value for the diagnosis of NAR.
