| Objective: special-shaped locking plate and bone graft in the treatment of Sanders, IIItype IV, type calcaneal fractures, clinical observations, and summarize its efficacy.Method: The case selected from Hospital of Shandong University of TraditionalChinese Medicine since March2010to March2011, meet the standards34cases (40feet)were retrospectively analyzed. Lateral calcaneal "L" shaped incision, the locking platefixation and bone grafting. Positive follow-up after12to18months, an average of14months. By the opponents postoperative Bohler’s angle, Gissane’s angle measurement,fracture healing time of evaluation, the evaluation of foot function score of the affectedfoot Maryland,come to the clinical efficacy of the surgical approach.Results:34cases (40feet) of calcaneal fractures incision healed well31feet,two-foot blade edge necrosis healed after changing dressing, a foot knife-edge delayhealing. All fractures healed, and the average healing time of15.6weeks. After review ofthe X-ray measuring Bohler’s angle, angle Gissane’s satisfactory. Maryland foot scoreexcellent cases of20good11cases of8cases and poor in1case, the total rate of77.50%.Conclusions: Perioperative management, select the appropriate timing of surgery, toacquire the necessary surgical techniques, special-shaped locking plate fixation and bonegrafting treatment Sanders, III, IV-type calcaneal fractures can achieve good results. |
