| Objective: to study the calcaneal fractures using special locking plate internal fixation and bone graft for treatment of Sanders Ⅲ, Ⅳ calcaneal fractures of the clinical observation, in order to guide the treatment of calcaneal fractures.Methods: this research cases from shandong university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital orthopedic ward, from March 2013 to June 2014 during the treatment of 36 cases(40 feet) in patients with calcaneal fractures, adopting the "L" type of the lateral incision surgery. Random review visit 12 ~ 18 months after surgery, review cycles an average of 14 months. Based on the preoperative and postoperative Bohler ’s Angle, Gissane’ s the size of the Angle of comparison, evaluation of the healing of fracture, through to the limb Maryland foot function score evaluation, evaluate the clinical curative effect of the surgical procedure.Results: 36 patients(40 feet) calcaneal fractures 33 cases of incision wound healed well, 2 cases of blade edge a few skin necrosis after conventional treatment healing, 1 case of incision delayed healing. Fractures can be achieved clinical healing, healing time an average of 105 days. Postoperative radiographic examination showed that fracture healing is good, the measuring Bohler ’s Angle, Gissane’ s Angle of recovering well, preoperative abnormal calcaneal dramatically improve height, width, length. Maryland foot function score: 21 good 10 to 8 bad 1, overall was 77.50%.Conclusion: to strengthen perioperative management, choosing the right operation time. To master the necessary skills, USES the abnormity of locking plate internal fixation for the treatment of bone graft Sanders Ⅲ, Ⅳ calcaneal fractures can achieve good effect. |
