| Objective：The aim of this study was to find the relationship between zhe Type2Diabetes Mellitus patients with subclinical atherosclerosis and high sensitive C-ReactiveProtein (hs-CRP),meanwhile to observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinesemedicine on T2DM patients with subclinical AS.Methods：1.100patients and50healthypeople were divide into three groups:50patients whith subclinical AS,50patients whitoutsubclinical AS and50healthy people.Recorded zhe general case,clinical biochemicalindexes and zhe concentration of hs-CRP. The indexes were compared in groups andanalyzed the relationship with T2DM patients with subclinical As.2. Clinical research：50T2DM patients with subclinical As were randomly divided into two groups.25patients inexperimental group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine；25patients in controlgroup were treated by base treat. The indexes of the clinical symptoms integral, zheconcentration of hs-CRP and zhe level of Intima Media Thickness(IMT) were compared ingroups to discuss zhe curative.Results：1.The T2DM patients with subclinical AS wascorrelated positively with hs-CRP.2.The total curative effect of threatment group was92%,zhe control group was28%. TCM syndromes integral test group after treatment weresignificantly different than before treatment and control group after treatment (P <0.01);compared with the impact of hs-CRP and ITM in the treatment group, was significantlydifferent between before treatment and after treatment(P <0.01).Conclusion：1. Type2Diabetes Mellitus patients with subclinical atherosclerosis was related to hs-CRP.2.Treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating Type2Diabetes Mellituspatients with subclinical atherosclerosis. |
