The Research Of Curative Effect On Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura Yinxuhuore By Xuere Formulae

Objective：To observe the influence of adjutant therapy of traditional Chinesemedicine to TGFβ1in ITP’s marrow supernatants. Methods：April2011to January2012all shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital ward and the onset of40patients with outpatient service. Will it into two groups at random, the control group andthe20cases in treatment group. The control group to give a spilled nylon piece oftreatment. The treatment group in the control group based on the combined with Chinesetraditional medicine treatment. Two groups of course are for3months, two groups wereobserved before and after treatment effect and serum TGF-β1level changes.Results：Aftertreatment, two groups of platelet counts were significantly improve more before treatment(P<0.01), and the treatment group effect is better than that of the control group (P<0.05);The treatment group and control group TGF-β1level is before treatment were reducedsignificantly, and the treatment group reduce TGF-β1effect more obvious (P<0.05); Thetotal effective rate of the treatment group than in control group (P<0.05), the treatmenteffect is better.Conclusions：Traditional Chinese medicine combined hormone treatment ofidiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura than pure hormone therapy can get better curativeeffect; Traditional Chinese medicine has the very good liters platelet effect, and canobviously improve the patient of traditional Chinese medical syndrome, and the patientsserum TGF-β1level have notable effect.
