Analysis Of Alkaloids In The Combination Of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata With Different Prepared Products Of Pinellia Rhizoma

Objective:To research the regular pattern of aconitum diterpenoid alkaloids in Radix Aconiti Carmichaeli solution after uniting with Pinellia ternate and find the material base. Methods:According to the clinical use we chose the specimens as unprocessed Radix Aconiti Lateralis from two different fields,seven processed Radix Aconiti Lateralis, unprocessed Rhizoma Pinelliae and three processed Rhizoma Pinelliae. According to the HPLC-MSn and ESI-MSn acquire the dynamic change rule of aconitine type alkaloids. Results:1The content of eleven alkaloids in solution of60min is lower than solution of10min.2When unite with unprocessed Rhizoma Pinelliae aconitum diterpenoid alkaloids in the single fried liquid of unprocessed Radix Aconiti Lateralis lower and the more unprocessed Rhizoma Pinelliae used the lower aconitum diterpenoid alkaloids become.3Aconitum diterpenoid alkaloids increase when unprocessed Radix Aconiti Lateralis unite with unprocessed Rhizoma Pinelliae, the clearance Banxia film and Jiang ban xia but reduce when unite with Rhizoma Pinellinae Praeparata. Conclusion:1Aconitum diterpenoid alkaloids will reduce when decocting time extend within a certain degree.2Decomposition of aconitum diterpenoid alkaloids will weaken when Radix Aconiti Carmichaeli unite with unprocessed Rhizoma Pinelliae, the clearance Banxia film and Jiang ban xia but not the Rhizoma Pinellinae Praeparata.3There is numerical relationship between decomposition of aconitum diterpenoid alkaloids and dosage of Pinellia ternate.
